- The hierarchy of managers are not very long, so you get direct access to the management, CEO or CTO. - No work politics at all.

- Salary is comparatively less compare to market for experienced employees. - Sometimes increment in salary may not justify your work. Some may get less even after a hard work, some can be lucky to get way more than they deserves. - The average workload is always high and you get hardly any day in a year when you have less work pressure. - Not much exposure.

- It's a good place to learn for freshers and junior engineers. - No politics at all. The company is miles away from any kind of politics. - They do a lot of sports activities such as cricket, go karting. - The CEO is a real nice and cool person.

- Compensation could be an issue when your experience is more. - Process isn't that great, but they had moved to kind of a pseudo agile development process.
