Pros
Dematic pays well. You have your base salary and anything over 90 hours in a two week period is "straight" time. When you commission a site. You can easily work 12+ hour days. All frequent flier miles, hotel points, and rental car miles you keep. I felt Dematic treated people well.
Cons
The traveling. I was supposed to do 35% travel. That quickly turned into 40-45% b/c of manning and supply issues. Then travel became nightmarish. Due to airlines not Dematic. I couldn't do it anymore.
