      They are focused on continuous improvement of people, processes, and products. They truly care about you and your family. You feel like you matter and that what you do really makes a difference. Great place to work, treat you fairly and pay you fairly.

      Cons

      Still, relatively small company so you have to be patient when looking for advancement opportunities.

      Work-life balance is excellent. Reasonable pay, excellent benefits, quality perks.

      A large number of remote employees. Connections can be difficult.

      Good work/life balance Always time for fun Great coworkers Great benefits Chance to travel Increase salary with COLA

      Cons

      Low pay It’s hard to be promoted within (sometimes you get a title change but no compensation change) I’ve seen family members get promotions without valid experience Although it is not a religious company, you have to be comfortable with religion as there are frequently prayers, talks, etc. Lack in diversity, especially in regards to the leadership team.
