Pros

- There are (were) many skilled and talented individuals on the engineering team. - If you are in the right team and under a supportive manager, there are ample learning opportunities. - The team members are friendly and collaborative. - The remote work options are very flexible. - Generous PTO, especially if you maintain a positive relationship with your manager.

Cons

Many talented employees are leaving, likely due to low pay and poor work-life balance—those who were truly smart and added significant value mostly left in 2022 and 2023. Upper Management appears disorganized and lacks transparency, leading to concerns about their effectiveness While their compensation was competitive in 2021, it has become significantly lower than current market standards.

- Really talented co-workers - Accessible leadership - Rapid opportunities for career growth - Remote company (pre-COVID) - Extremely transparent and open (weekly all hands diving into numbers)

Cons

- Only recently targeting mid-sized companies, so sales and integration cycles can be long - Needs to get marketing and positioning right to unlock growth

Pros

Incredible talents on this team, especially among the senior leadership and more tenured staff, and a flat/boundaryless culture that makes it easy for anyone to get hands-on experience and mentorship. Generally able to attract ambitious, smart and globally-minded employees across the business. Sales- and client-centric organization that's good for technical talent who don't shy away from working directly with clients. Outsized pay for top performers.

Cons

Limited HR, ops and employee support systems, surprisingly so for a company that works exclusively with large enterprises, so not ideal for big company types who need a 3-month structured onboarding and well-defined playbooks. Has PMF and GTM fit but not yet in scale-up mode. Diversity and inclusion are improving but haven't been great in the past, especially higher up in the org.
