Pros
People, bottom line. To work at the Dennis Group and be successful you have to be above the average. Knowing that the people that you associate with are of that caliber makes it rewarding. It's like driving fast in a sports car vs driving fast in a rickety old truck. The sports car is so much more enjoyable and The Dennis Group is a sports car. The year end bonuses have been very rewarding, at least for me. Not sure how it is going to vette out in future years as new owners and management move into place but it is a concern on most of my former co-workers minds. Travel has been mostly enjoyable but the long hours on the road can be exhausting,
Cons
If you cant work long and hard under difficult deadlines you will not excel but that's true in any profession. You have to love what you are doing and if you don't love your work at DGL you should move on.
