Pros
The best thing about working for the Dennis Group is the culture. The atmosphere is laid back, and they treat you as a professional with little micromanagement. The culture is somewhat 'anti-corporate', in that management is very approachable and there are not a lot of 'rules' and 'procedures'. Performance expectations are high, and there are tremendous opportunities to learn and drive your career. There is also variety in the work and no two days are the same. The bonus program is very generous.
Cons
The company has to respond quickly to customer's needs, and travel arrangements can sometimes be last minute. Travel is extensive in most positions, but the company understands that and tries to balance people's work load to prevent burnout.
