Pros
I've worked at DIT for over a year now and have had nothing but a great experience. I recently applied for a Supervisor role which I knew was a long shot however I came out of it feeling great and received some really good feedback. The CEO decided to running a leadership session with the candidates that were selected so roughly 15 of us spend time with her once a month learning about the business and leadership. I was surprised by her transparency and how genuine she is when you get to know her better. I've been highlighted and rewarded for my success as an agent and feel valued at DIT. Those that have negative comments are likely those that always complain, don't show up to work and make it challenging for others to do well. So many people judge before they seek understanding!
