Do you have all day? -unethical sales managers -bi-polar acting sales managers/account managers -huge DIVA attitudes and account managers with major EGO problems. -absolutely NO accountability for an error on any sales/account manager's part-it is ALWAYS someone else's (i.e. your fault). -No one, I repeat, no one has YOUR back, so you have to vigilantly watch your own and keep a ridiculously long paper trail to prove that you actually did not make a mistake. -management rules by fear and intimidation. -you get verbally belittled and berated. This company slowly begins to chip away at your once positive attitude (the one you had when you FIRST started working for the company), your business morale, and eventually your sanity.
