      There is no management in the offices

      Cons

      All management and higher-ups treat their employees like they are completely useless and replaceable. Nothing is ever resolved or even talked about in person, it is all done over text and then they wonder why their turnover rate is so horrible.

      Patients first - they pride themselves on patient care Growth opportunities - they are big on giving employees opportunity to grow as part of growth strategy

      Pros

      Everyone is great. Doctors and PAs are always kind and honestly see that we struggle! Great reps that bring sunscreen! They do work with you when you need off and will find you coverage

      Cons

      NOT enough staff anlways opening new offices but they do not have proper staff at the offices. They have 3/4 providers and 1 front desk. that’s over 150 that is not ok
