Pros
Salary and Allowances are paid on well time, Site accommodations and allied facilities are unmatchable. Ideal pay packages are for senior managers.
Cons
Annual appraisal system required some positive changes. Grouping and Lobbying make uncertainty. HR department of the Company is sleeping even they don't bother to take any action against such uncertainty. Salaries are very low as compare to market. Senior management are non-cooperative.
