Good starter job - Designer Design Line Interiors Employee Review

Recent acquisition of employees from another company disrupted the office. There is a divide of new vs. old and neither wants to give to each other. Each want things done their own way. Happiness is missing. Hard to keep people long term. The design process is difficult getting to the end. Little trust from upper management. No pay increases. Owner is withholding of benefits and pay that would keep people long term.
