This is not for people who are disorganized and cannot communicate well. If you prefer repetitive work, this company is not for you either.

I have been working at DSM for almost a year now and I can confidently say that it has been a great experience. The company culture is very positive and inclusive, and the team members are friendly and supportive. Management is very generous with what you need to perform your work at a high level.

Since we are working remotely, it would be nice if there were more outside work activities to increase engagement. We already do it once in a while, but it would be nice to have more.
