Thank you for sharing your thoughts about Designers Edge. It is wonderful to hear that you established positive relationships with your colleagues and enjoyed some of our perks, such a fully stocked kitchen and our employee favorite Free Lunch Fridays where we order from local restaurants to support our community. Although there is no such thing as the perfect workplace, I am sorry that you didnt fit in to the work environment. We have an open-door policy and encourage all employees to approach us with their concerns. In regards to your compensation, we survey the markets every quarter and always aim to provide a competitive pay rate to our employees.
