Pros
An opportunity to get to know clients and projects of various types, to learn and experience in a variety of fields. Amazing people work there!
Cons
Toxic management even though the human capital is of good quality. Not enough support for the hard work, including the salary. Designers are cataloged and stigmatized for expertise or lack of knowledge and it's hard to get out of it. One of the main bonuses was a plan for personal growth - but over the years this has almost completely disappeared - meaning there is a promise that is not kept. Feeling of gaslighting - sometimes you are convinced that things are in your favor when it is a systemic constraint, and it is better to convey it in the same way. Personal management that eliminates a sense of competence, there is no backing for failures, only the adoption of successes. Over time, everything became "leaner", the work load increased and the level of the projects dropped a lot, everything became flatter, shorter times and thus the supply of customers decreased significantly, along with the staff.
