In my short stint, I had the opportunity to learn a lot of new aspects about the recruitment industry. I was taught about how to view various perspectives about hiring the best across industries and various verticals. It wasn't basically about hiring but about building a long-term relationship with trust and commitment. The team I worked with were always helpful and never made an excuse not to support me even with their day-to-day tasks. This is a very good company to work for as you have good opportunities to work with the best clients' across the board

It would have been nice to have an infrastructure in India and build a core team in India too.

Staff eager to get you working, very responsive, would probably place you 7 days a week if you wanted.

Limited opportunities, not many clients. I spent most of my time at one placement with a couple days at another, and the placement I spent most of my time at wasn't a very good place to work. I had a workplace injury and reported it but was removed from the lists and the work dried up - tells me it's probably their only main client - they advertise they fill almost a hundred different position types but really its mostly just hard labor; they probably outsource almost anything else to India. Getting paid is really slow for a temp agency, I worked for them for three weeks and still yet to get paid a dime despite getting a pay stub.
