- Biggest con: Financially unstable. If you decide to join, be ready to take a job you might or might not have a few months down the line. - Their culture is extremely conflict averse, which leads to decisions taken only when consensus is reached and making people afraid of sharing their critical opinions out of fear of being judged. - Since the direction of the company changed so many times in the past years, it became a very stressful and intense workplace. While work hours are being followed and you won't be asked to do overtime, it can be so intense during those 8 hours that you can be exhausted at the end of the day.
