      Nice Location Good Salary Pack Generally, dynamic environment Dynamic industry with challenges where innovation is important

      Old systems The Company is run mainly by people that know the Fixed part and took over mobile part, but they still have a Fixed mindset. Especially IT is full of incompetent people Silos Too many HIPPOs, especially from the Central in Germany that are taking no sensibility for local results , but put a lot of pressure on Local Management A powerpoint Company
