      Pros

      It's quite challenging in the beginning and a good initiation to the project and the product itself. So you get an overview of the project.

      Cons

      But.. it quickly becomes stagnant and monotonous. And you don't really have real impact and or effect on the current processes. You don't have much chance of a promotion in this area (maybe team lead if you are lucky)
