I really enjoy working for this organization. The team culture makes me feel so support and able to do my best work.

Sometimes I'm assigned to multiple projects, which is OK for me, but might not be suitable for everyone.

Flexible work schedule, remote option, great management. I feel like I am being heard when coming to the Sr management team with issues. They are very transparent and the review the business Profit/Loss with the employees every month. The work is dynamic and filled with professional growth. We are on the cutting edge of technology, and I get to solve big problems. Lots of room for upward career growth. I have a good work/life balance here.

The nature of contracts is that projects are constantly changing, and this can be uncomfortable sometimes.
