Disappointing experience for young employees - Anonymous employee DevComms Employee Review

I would like to respond to the feedback you have left on our company page here on Glassdoor. Whilst I am sorry to hear that your perception of your experience with us at DevComms was not a positive one, I have to disagree with the statements you have made. Our staff are treated equally, no matter their age or position in the company. We always have, and will continue, to work extremely hard to ensure the culture within the company is open, supportive and trusting. Any concerns or issues raised in respect of staff performance or conduct are dealt with professionally and appropriately with HR expertise. To suggest otherwise is incorrect and misleading.
