Treat their employees very well - good perks and compensation. Nice culture and people to work with. Very flat company structure - you may chat to your chief like he is your team mate.
Cons
Poor marketing team asking you to make "cool" things with no knowledge of what they want. No specs, no feature lists, no documentation - you should use a glass ball to understand what the market needs and implement it.
