Pros
This company gave me a great oppurtunity to work and learn about many things. They give us a independent environment to develop code. We report to our direct manager only after completing the module, there's no disturbance from them otherwise. We can have webex calls with the client to understand what they need completely. Unlike the MNCs we're not blindly given specifications, we can listen to what's on client's mind before developing it. They do track time, but that's mainly to provide the clients with the timesheets to show that resources have put hours into the project completion. As you work and complete what is allotted to you, immediate recogonition. They develop in various languages. From PHP, Node, Angular, React to Python, we have projects for every single trending language. You can practise end-to-end development here. From initializing the project to deployment, the management trusts you with your suggestions and decisions. They have the base-codebase ready. If you're performing extremely well, you can be a part of the product team of the company. Multi-cultural environment(We have clients from all parts of the world, exposure for the industry's standards great). CEO is a super-cool person. Around 3 of my team members went to US and are studying under our CEOs guidance. They assess you in the first three months of your job. If you're not good at development, they analyse you, and puts you in design team. If you're not good at photoshop/html/css, they put you in testing. Even if you're fresher, they analyse your skills and evealuate you to check if you're good to be product manager. Only in the worst case where you dont prove yourself in 6 months, they wish you good luck.

Except the tea on the front-desk, everything else about the company is great.
