Great colleagues, supportive manager, good salary against comparable roles.

Fixed term contract and uncertainty about DHI future.

The team were fantastic and hardworking.

Upper management was at times cold and impersonal, and did not create a very comfortable environment to raise issues. Career progression is not really possible, and I did not receive a salary increase even after 3 years in the role.
