Pros
Learning bleeding-edge tech with a good group of guys helps facilitate a fast-paced rate of building experience required by a lot of larger companies, and working there will expose you to various business requirements brought in by clients.
Cons
A fair bit of office politics will come with the job. Often times you will find yourself caught between the client you are contracted out with and Devika's "management (?)" Conflict resolution, brainstorming, and contributing to actual change within projects is severely restricted. Teams aren't very agile and you'll often find yourself being told to work and encouraged to escalate things to seniors who basically want nothing to do with whatever you need to escalate. Pays will vary and will be on the lower end without much growth unless you are brought on as a senior already. Promotions within the company will largely just be more work/responsibility with little compensation.
