      The team here is great, all people are very helpful and seniors teach you a lot.

      Can't think of many, but maybe more transparency from leadership team in US and Spain would be better.

      Pros

      Some teammates try to stay positive, offering small relief during uncertain times.

      Cons

      - The experience is unstable and unreliable. - Layoffs happen constantly, creating fear and insecurity. - Leadership changes repeatedly, including the CEO, leaving no clear direction. - Pay is low, with virtually no increases over time. - Support is almost nonexistence, and decision are often illogical. - Every day feels like bracing for the next round of bad news.
