Despite my efforts to address these concerns through open communication and feedback, I found it difficult to see meaningful changes implemented. This lack of responsiveness and support from leadership further contributed to my dissatisfaction and ultimately influenced my decision to seek opportunities elsewhere.

      With all property management agencies, there will be common stress points and expectations, but I'm in strong support of how the management team leans into the various challenges in this sector and how we are at the forefront of premier property management in Canada.
