Promises they can’t keep Plant manager Jason is an illiterate scumbag who can’t do basic algebra. He constantly plays devils advocate to make you and other employees look bad all while taking the credit for a job well done. He is possibly one of the worst people I’ve ever came into contact with in my entire life, I thank god everyday I don’t need to be around him. They do not drug test or look into past criminal activity of employees so if you want to work with drug addicts, murders “yes seriously” and felons than this is the place for you. It’s screw up move up and praise is given to the worst most unproductive people.if you have a family and plan on a career here may as well kiss them goodbye now. God for bid your child gets sick and you need to provide care, you’ll go down like the biggest jerk in history at this place. It’s an honest to god joke. I’m thankful I escaped after only a few months, some poor people have spent years there

You will have a job

Owner(bob) is a horrible ignorant verbally abusive person. Ask any1 that has worked there b4 and they will tell you the same thing. He is so stupid he had a saw put in backwards on purpose. He Constantly gets in the way of production and costs him self a lot of money because of this. He doesnt let his workers do their jobs and when things are broke he says not to fix it then gets mad when the saws will not run. And lets not forget all the osha and labor law violations.
