It used to be good few years back, until they starting making everyone redundant. They had really great Consultants on their side, but failed to realize their talent and opinions.
Cons
- Forget contractors, they will fire perm employees within seconds. You could loose your job even within a shot loo break. - Poor sales pipeline - Big disconnect from the actual Devoteam group - Lack of vision in top Leadership. Just firefighting budgets - All pomp, no show
