We’re sorry to hear that you are not enjoying the day to day of the Member Outreach role. We hold our Member Outreach Specialists to high standards as a group when it comes to metrics. This not only allows us to offer superior service to our members but also ensures that we are able to get Members in touch with the clinical care they may need, thus following through on our mission. We recognize that the rapid growth of Devoted Medical programs results in quick changes and adjustments to our metrics and processes at times. To help buffer this, we provide support to our team members through frequent 1:1s with Supervisors, shadowing with tenured Seniors, individual and group coaching sessions, and continuous education and trainings.
While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, we aim to make sure we’re reflecting the same or better care and attention to our internal team as well. We know that each experience is different and we welcome the opportunity to hear more from you so we can continue to provide a great place to work and thrive.
