We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us has been less than optimal. Due to rapid growth and various business needs, the Member Outreach Services team required some restructuring and job realignment in the recent months to accommodate. We know that organizational changes can be stressful and we’re sorry to hear this impacted anything related to your experience with leadership, communications and inadequate training.
