We’re sorry to hear that you feel there was a misunderstanding or misrepresentation of the Medication Adherence/Pharmacy Technician position from the start. This is never our intention and we are sorry you feel this way.
We understand that calling our members can be challenging at times. Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and timely communication regarding their prescriptions. However, we also acknowledge that the repetitive nature of these calls can be demanding. We consistently work to streamline our processes to make them more efficient and less repetitive, while still maintaining the high level of service our members need and expect.
We regret to hear that you felt micromanaged in your role. Our aim is to foster a culture of trust and empowerment, where employees have the autonomy to complete their tasks effectively. However, we implement goals to ensure the highest levels of quality for our members. We acknowledge the importance of adequate management training, and our goal is to ensure that every team member has access to the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles. We appreciate your observation and feedback in these areas.
