Pros
A few good guys employed here
Cons
A coding school where ninety-five percent of employees don’t know how to code at all(CEO included). Ran like a call center with no clear direction. Poor product and false promises to employees and clients. The management's decisions to move to new pay structures dwindle commission payouts. These are not monthly decisions, but often 2-4 compensation changes a month. No one not even management can explain the pay structure well, but that’s done so to keep you guessing what they might pay you. Furthermore, the management has displayed poor leadership skills and communication, leading to confusion and frustration among staff. There is a lack of clear direction and support, and decisions are often made without input from those who are affected by them. Additionally, the company's culture is characterized by fake empathy, where management claims to care about their employees but fails to back up those words with actions. The CEO only cares about funding his personal brand, disregarding the well-being and growth of the employees. He is killing his so called “8 figure” company that he was handed for the sake of trying to become a social media guru. Overall, I would not recommend this company as a place to work. The lack of transparency, poor leadership, and toxic culture make it an unpleasant and unproductive environment for employees.
