      Pros

      Very stable client base, engineering methodologies are sound! They know what they're doing and do it well.

      Cons

      Each manager has a different impact on you as an employee so your results may vary from mine, since the company is so big. More of a warning label then a con I suppose.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
