Pros

You will get a paycheck on time.

Cons

My time at this company has been nothing short of an extremely frustrating experience. The workload was overwhelming and unmanageable, with the pay not nearly reflective of the time and effort you’re expected to put in. It feels like no matter how hard you work, it's never enough. The management is where things really fell apart. They say one thing and do another, creating a confusing and demoralizing work environment. Employees are micromanaged at every turn and treated like children—there’s no room for independent thought or growth. The constant undermining of staff and the lack of trust creates a toxic atmosphere where it's impossible to feel valued. It’s no surprise that employees regularly walk out because the combination of poor treatment and a lack of respect for basic human dignity makes it impossible to thrive. The leadership is sorely lacking in both skill and emotional intelligence, and HR is no better. Instead of advocating for employees, they seem to be more concerned with maintaining their cozy relationship with management, leaving employees without anyone to turn to for support. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow and feel respected, this is not it. It’s an environment that stifles potential and drains morale.
