Pros
It was a great learning opportunity. I was able to learn the regulations and GDP related to medical devices, which was helpful for me in my career going forward.
Cons
There was an unwritten rule that OT was required, you were not empowered to make decisions on your own, and there was also a lack of professionalism within the team and management. High turnover in many areas within the company.
