None, micromanaging culture with incompetent leaders who does not have the people skills and who does not know how to properly manage a team. No structure at all you will be in limbo figuring everything out and they will use it against you.
Cons
Don't go here and ruin your career you have ever so taken care of. Work Culture in this company sucks. this reflects on their high attrition and staff turn over. They keep on hiring because people keeps on quitting for the same reason they won't admit. Senior leaders are blind to what's really happening, that their incompetent managers are the problem.
