      Pros

      Salary was never delayed, most of the time one day ahead.

      Cons

      HR is PRO management. Does not even know what the process. Management is the worst. They'll hire externally and do not promote tenured agents especially if you're against their ruling. Malasakit is a fiction. Don't be deceived.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
