      Pros

      I find my work at times to exciting and new. Actually doing new things. The people are also relatively great.

      Cons

      Upper management has set unrealistic time lines and pressure and speed of work has increased dramatically over the past year. Overall is fairly bureaucratic and perks have been cut down.

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
