No one is leading the business. The HCP team is a joke. They are busy, but produce nothing and if they do, it takes 6 months and is outdated. This team needs to be wiped and replaced with a strong, expereinced team like the consumer team. Just look at the consumer website and the HCP website and you'll see the stronger, smarter, more capable team.
