      Pros

      I really like that we have a clear vision of what mountain to climb with the start up atmosphere. The executives are great at making calculated decisions to ensure the company gets to where it needs to go and provide a comfortable life as an employee

      Cons

      Not so much a con as much as advice, there is a lot to accomplish and the drive and start up hustle needs to be within because it doesn't have that same energy as a start up.

      Was a good experience. But was also a good time to get bought by a more mature company (E3).

      Not enough transparency provided about company direction and health.

      Great Team, Fun Atmosphere in local office.

      Cons

      Very Poor leadership, poor vision, lack of understanding, hire to many chiefs, not enough indians. Lack of investment in infrastructure.
