Pros

Company took Goa for Offsite.

Cons

Lack of Support: I’m finding that the team leads and the business head offer no real support. They claim to be here to help, but it’s more for show. It feels like it’s every person for themselves. The rat race environment is so competitive that you can't even take a single day off without feeling pressured. you are expected to work all Saturdays, alternate Sundays, and public holidays. This was never communicated before we joined, neither by HR nor by the business head. If we had known i would have chosen a better life. Its a Pure Acquisition role where you are just expected to acquire the client and give it to Support team in next month as Company is insecure about if RM build good Repo with the client so they don't want us to build our Own BOOK, every time they just tell that We are giving you the leads so do whatever the company Decides. 0 Feedbacks taken before any new process is implemented The business head has zero control over business decisions. The product team dictates what needs to be done, and the business head just gives the okay. The work culture here is so toxic that it’s hard to stay even for four months. Only the top 10% of performers can make decent money. The remaining 90% of relationship managers earn very little. HR at Dezerv seems completely disengaged. They don’t even make an effort to improve the workplace environment. Incentives here are among the lowest in the wealth management industry. The company wants top talent but offers below-standard salaries. It’s a situation where they pay as little as possible for the maximum amount of work. Working here feels like being in a call center. There’s almost no opportunity to learn or grow professionally.

Thank you for your candid feedback. This is not the kind of experience or sentiment that we want our team members to have and want them to be successful along with the business. We'd like to understand the fundamental issue better and the voice of the RM is critical here and I'd personally request that you reach out to the undersigned. We assure complete confidentiality but more importantly, problem solving towards the team culture.

Pros

As a Client Financial Partner at Dezerv, you get to manage high-ticket portfolios for a sophisticated clientele of HNWIs and corporate leaders, significantly elevating your professional network and wealth acumen. Instead of pushing generic retail products, you are armed with a competitive edge through institutional-grade portfolios, exclusive AIFs, and proprietary wealth tech that automates portfolio tracking and rebalancing. This high-ownership role allows you to bypass the bureaucratic red tape of traditional banks, enabling you to scale your AUM rapidly and directly unlock highly lucrative compensation structures and fast-tracked leadership opportunities.

Cons

As a Client Financial Partner at Dezerv, the primary challenge is the high-pressure, target-driven environment where you face intense competition from established private banks to acquire elusive HNWI clients. Because it is a fast-growing wealth tech startup, you have to navigate constant organizational changes, shifting incentive structures, and fluid processes that can feel chaotic compared to traditional banking. Additionally, your success is heavily dependent on market performance and the return on Dezerv's proprietary portfolios, meaning you bear the direct brunt of client grievances during market downturns, often resulting in demanding hours and a blurred work-life balance.
