Pros

Most of the co-workers are nice. A good place for students/grads to get lab experience.

Cons

Several things you can expect at DiagnosTechs – you will be underpaid - significantly, you won’t get a raise (there are people that have been there for years that still haven’t gotten one), you won’t get a bonus (because the company isn’t profitable), NO remote work options, and you can expect a lack of management because department heads/managers have no ability to make decisions – as they all go thru the owner for approval, when he decides to come to work. The owner – old school, narcissistic, middle-eastern mentality, motivates employees by fear and intimidation – read verbally abusive and racist. The company’s poor reviews (read them – they are spot on) however, the owner’s conspiracy theorist mentality believes those (along with declining business) are due to corporate saboteurs! The only company sabotage going on is that of the company begin run and owned by a person with no business sense, reasoning or strategy – (no Sales & Marketing depts. to name a few), treating employees poorly, all leading to continued year over year decline in business.

Pros

Support from all levels of management and employees. Encouragement to suggest and make changes to better company. I have never felt such respect, trust, and enjoyment from a position.

Cons

Pay could be better, but for a small company it is what it is.

Pros

Things have been moving in a really positive direction lately, especially with the new leadership. There's a clear focus on both company and employee growth. The COO has done a great job promoting teamwork, encouraging cross-training, and actually listening to employee feedback. It feels like our voices are finally being heard. They're also open about past missteps and genuinely working to improve. Overall, the vibe is better—more supportive, more collaborative, and more focused on making this a place where people feel valued.

Cons

Every company has its challenges. Being a small business, those challenges can be even more nuanced. With that said, there is a clear effort to improve past practices, listen to the pain points of the employees and make changes for the better.
