Pros

. Some management want to do best by people and make the company good and different to other normal call centers . Other departments want to educate you to be better in work and outside of it . Friendly people . Can count on support from the team . Technical help and support or advice always available . Some really hard working individuals here feel like there always at work trying to make a difference

Cons

. Pay is poor compared to previous similar business. . Discussing salary is banned which is suspicious and if you do it you will be spoken to . Some moments where management have been stressed and rude . Personal breaks are tracked manager makes staff check if you go too many times . Replacing remote staff . No career path and don't give opportunities internally rather hire from outside . Try everything to dismiss people as HR doesn't exist . 'Anonymous' feedback discussed with person who gave it

Pros

I worked with the Dialect team for a period of approximately 7 months as a freelance project manager. Really enjoyed the supportive approach throughout my time there from all areas of the business. It is still relatively new as a company however it is agile enough to make continuous improvements as it matures as a business.

Cons

None while I was working there.

Pros

Work from home so you don’t have to see anyone

Cons

Run. Seriously — Don’t Even Think About It. Bad place to work! The pay is insulting for the amount of work they dump on you. You’re expected to handle an overwhelming number of clients at once, with zero real support. Work hours? Forget consistency. Your schedule depends entirely on whether management likes you that week. It’s completely chaotic and there’s no fairness or structure — just favoritism and power trips. No one listens. At all. You could be drowning, screaming for help, and you’d still be ignored. Nothing you say matters, and no one cares You’re treated like a disposable cog in a broken machine. The “open door policy” the big boss brags about is a joke. What he means is, maybe someone two levels below him will glance in your direction — but only if it’s convenient. The entire place is a toxic mess. People are overworked, underpaid, and completely unappreciated. Morale is dead. Everyone’s either mentally checked out or desperately looking for a way out. Do yourself a favor and don’t apply. Don’t even think about it. This place will drain the life out of you and leave you with nothing but regret.
