Pros

The employees there are amazing, very nice and welcoming. Values of the company are good.

Cons

The Executive Team is not nice. They were great in the beginning when I first started there, very welcoming and nice. They even wanted to bring me on directly (I worked for a contractor for them) they liked me so much. Then one day out of the blue, when I was 8 months pregnant, they decided to "eliminate my position" with no explanation. I felt very disrespected that they could not have the decency to tell me why they fired me after telling me they wanted me on directly. HR rep there is a joke. Very fake personality and rude. If you have a family with young kids, do not work here. They do not respect that and you will get written up and eventually fired if you have to stay home with sick kids too much in their opinion. They also dropped me after 8 months when I brought up a raise. So don't expect those if you work there unless you're part of the executive team. What a joke.

Pros

I highly recommend the job of Recovery Specialist. It's great for someone with a sense of adventure that works well independently. When trips aren't scheduled, you are able to work in the warehouse to make your full time hours. The company is always looking for ways to keep employees engaged, and keep the atmosphere fun. People who show initiative to learn more roles and work hard are rewarded, if not monetarily, with recognition.

Cons

Some roles in the warehouse can get tedious.

Pros

Remote work, flexible schedule, reasonable compensation.

Cons

Lack of transparency, poor communication. Lack of onboarding program, no G2M collaboration or innovation on integrating AI capabilities.
