      Great company to work for. They thoroughly care about their employees. They are family based and have under 100 employees so everyone is pretty close.

      Cons

      Would have like to have more communication at times. Training could be more consistent.

      Felt valued by the company. A lot of camaraderie among the landman. Management was fair, communicative, and flexible with schedules.
