Pros
There aren't many pros to working for this company. All I can say is that it's a new work space that's very modern and in a convenient location near public transportation.
Cons
They don't pay well and don't give raises. They hire and fire many people in a short amount of time. No discounts given on jewelry. No true professionals to learn from here. They hire cheap staff that produce cheap work instead of hiring and investing in quality employees. They are also very mean to their staff, I experienced frequent bouts of yelling...at myself and other staff members, very unprofessional.
