Benefits and okay hours I guess.

Management is terrible on all aspects.

Really can't think of any.

There was a lot of micromanagement (being constantly monitored for how quickly you're working) and also they didn't provide enough chairs for everyone, which caused some people to get really catty about the chairs. Long hours, and a lot of peer pressure to not take your lunch break until after a certain point in the process had been completed, which often wasn't until 4pm or so.
