People- Management is shambolic with power at the forefront of peoples' mind. You will survive this company if you know how to be teachers pet and make fake smiles with management. For such a small company (40+ people approx.) there is no efficient communication amongst staff. Simple emails are taken out of proportion and staff cannot work with clients within NHS England without something going wrong. Management have no idea how to manage a project.
PAY- they pay way below the average. The money does not cover what is expected of you.
CAREER PROGRESSION- be prepared to be in the same role for more than a year. Management will only promote you if they feel they like you. Many people are at the same rate when they started. Look over your contracts, there is a possible clause which binds you to company for 2 YEARS, so if you find a new (better) position you would need to give 2 months notice!!!
WORKLOAD- If on the sales/projects team be prepared to out in 100% and receive 1% back from the company or management. You will be overworked with no support. At times it can be very boring and not much goes on.
Finally be aware that the smallest things can be taken out of context. And one friendly advice PLEASE DO NOT WORK THERE AS IT WILL CRUSH YOU.
