- Initial culture shock going from retail job to professional career. It was nice to work with people that actual took their career serious. - Working in an office setting is great for me, but it isn't for everyone. - There is a lot to learn and can feel a little overwhelming at first.

It would be a disservice to the company if I didn't mention the camaraderie that occurs within the office, everyone not only gets along great but also support and are each other’s biggest coaches/fans.

In my office there is only one window and my back is to it, sunny days during the summer I just want to feel the sun! Also the office can be a little cool in the winter time, nothing a nice sweater can't fix though. Really the only con with this position is that you have to dedicate a lot of time, this could mean 10-12 hour days however the more time and energy you put in the more money you make. I think it’s a pretty good trade off.
