Pros
The entry in the company is quite easy. They have the top companies as their clients and you get to work with people who are the best in their field.
Cons
Since you're an outsource employee there's always a sense of being an outsider at the location you're deployed. Though it's not the issue with DTL itself but one that is very important nonetheless. There are no additional monetary benefits and even the salary you get is will be much less than your counterpart in the parent company.
